Lakshmi Auto links & Real Estate has advised buyers and sellers across Chikkamagaluru since 1999. We have never worked anywhere else, and we do not intend to.
We are based on I.G Road in Chikkamagaluru town. We have walked most of the estates in this district — many of them several times, across different owners and decades.
That is the whole proposition. A national property portal can show you a listing. It cannot tell you that the stream on the eastern boundary runs dry in March, that the access road floods, that the plant population is thinner than the photographs suggest, or that the family selling has an unresolved partition among siblings.
We work with buyers from Bengaluru, Mangaluru, Mumbai and abroad, and with estate families across the district who have often known us for two generations. Both sides get the same thing from us: a straight answer, including when the answer is "don't buy this one."
If a property is wrong for you or wrongly priced, we say so. A commission today is not worth a reputation built over twenty-five years.
We never buy for our own account. We act for our client, which means we have no incentive to undervalue a seller's land.
